Lauren and Josh Bowen decided to book a family session with me after they saw their friend’s photos from one of my mini sessions. I felt connected to Lauren right away, even through our messages, so it was so nice to meet them when they pulled up to Adair Orchards with their new little 2 month old boy, Harrison. I asked how her birth went and she had a story very similar to mine! She was in labor for 40 HOURS and then had to be transferred to the hospital to get a little extra help. First time births can be so hard and long! But we both agreed it was worth it and we are just thankful it is over and we have our babies with us. <3

Poor Harrison had a long and tearful ride from Corvallis, so Josh and Lauren were understandably a little worried that he wouldn’t cooperate for the camera, but we were all pleasantly surprised when he settled down and behaved perfectly! He is seriously one of the most perfectly adorable babies I have ever seen. Just look through these pictures and you’ll see for yourself. He could be in a Gerber commercial!

This session was filled with fresh smells of orchard trees, golden light from the setting sun, and beautiful, in-love people. I love what I do so much!
